can you tell me why you reverted all my edits? and why the protection? thanks--Alnokta 10:43, 21 January 2007 (CET)
I have reverted the edit because the layout of the graphics on top were by purpose and not accidentally. The lock is because its the main page. I dont want to have changes in there without prior discussion of the contents. In the RapidSVN source code repository not everybody can commit changes: people first have to supply patches and after review these patches will be integrated. After some time of this procedure they will get commit access. Well, this wiki is a bit different. Everybody can edit now. That doesnt mean it's nice to walk in and change the layout of the front page (without adding other content to it). -- XelaRellum 23:17, 26 January 2007 (CET)
Hm, the screenshot makes sense. Since I have 1280x1024 I didnt have that issue. So I will break the line. XelaRellum 20:21, 5 February 2007 (CET)
Why did you set up a wiki if you restrict people from editing?
XelaRellum says In the RapidSVN source code repository not everybody can commit changes. but code repository contains code which may do harm and where even small change can break lot of things and can be difficult to locate. And where other developer wit r/w access and insight is needed to fix it. This is a wiki, anyone can repair harm and any harm on page is isolated on such page.--Petr.bug 01:08, 13 April 2007 (CEST)
I unprotected the main page (which was the only page that was protected anyway). We will see how things go. The main reason for me protecting it was, that I dont have the time to always look at it. And we dont have a large userbase that make sure nothing happens here. But we will see how things work out.--XelaRellum 14:00, 14 April 2007 (CEST)
Are there any recent updates? Still active? Not having SSL support for OS X is killing me! Hackworth
